Terms & Conditions
Broker/Agent Responsibility: By participating in the Program Broker/Agent agrees to:
- Services and solution: Broker/Agent will help all Referrals/Leads with buying and selling property to the best of their knowledge, and according to all pertinent government, state, and nearby laws; all principles of practice, and code of morals, for any affiliation Broker belongs to; and all ordinances, rules, and guidelines, for any various listing administration broker belongs to.
- Licensing: Broker and Agents consent to convey any change of Agents’, license status within ten (10) business days.
- Referral: Broker/Agents will report the exact status of all acknowledged Referrals in a way reliable with the necessities in the Acknowledgment and upon demand by The Realty Rush. The aim of the acknowledgment is to not let good leads go to waste.
Payment & Compensation:
- Referral Fees: Broker/Agent consents to pay The Realty Rush. 20% of the Gross Commission for any real estate transactions (buying, selling, or renting) through the Referrals during the Referral Coverage period/time.
- Subscription Fee: Broker/Agent agrees to join The Realty Rush Network by paying a one-time, refundable subscription fee to avail of Exclusive Leads and Marketing. However, this subscription fee will be refunded to the broker/Agent upon the closing of the first deal through the referral system. Refunds will be released within 30 days of the first Transaction closed through the referral system.
- Remittance: Broker agrees to pay all Referral Fees within (30) days of the transaction closing, payable to The Realty Rush. or Digital Solutions Group LLC.
- Warranty: The Realty Rush aims to focus on quality over quantity, which is why The Realty Rush does not offer a warranty on the number of leads provided to Brokers/Agents. Leads are distributed on the basis of the Area in which the Brokers/Agents practice real estate. All the leads will be sent to the Broker/Agent upon their availability from the areas they choose while joining the network.
- Refund: Brokers/Agents can get their subscription fee back on the first closing that they do from the lead given by The Realty Rush or Brokers/Agents can get a full refund after 3 months if they don’t close any leads provided by The Realty Rush.
Miscellaneous:
- Predetermination: Neither Party will be liable to the other for any failure or delay in its performance of this Agreement as per its terms on the off chance that such neglect or postponement emerges out of causes outside the ability to control and without the shortcoming or carelessness of such party. The previous will not pardon any disappointment or deferral in advertising any payment required by this
- Dissension: After signing this agreement the Broker/Agent will not be liable to file a dispute or claim arising out of any This Agreement will be considered to be an agreement made under the laws of Georgia and will be composed as per Georgia law.
- Termination: All the Broker/Agent are free to quit the services of The Realty Rush at any time of their choice (but they’ll still be obligated to pay us the 20% Referral fee if they close on our lead after quitting the service).
- Ignorant: After successful signup/on-boarding, Broker/Agent are required to respond their Account Manager in time span of 24-48hours, otherwise The Realty Rush is not responsible to provide them priority services.
